Hazelnut Creamer Recipe

Here's an easy recipe for Hazelnut Coffee Creamer using hazelnut extract:

Ingredients:

1 cup of heavy cream

1 cup of whole milk

1 cup of granulated sugar

2 teaspoons of hazelnut extract (see recipe in our blog)

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar over medium heat. Cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the hazelnut extract. Pour the mixture into a glass bottle or container and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, cover the container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. When ready to use, add a splash of the hazelnut creamer to your coffee and enjoy!

Alternative Hazelnut Creamer Recipe

Here’s another easy recipe using hazelnut spread instead of hazelnut extract!

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup hazelnut spread (such as Nutella) (see recipe in our blog)

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream and whole milk over medium heat until steaming. Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and hazelnut spread. Pour the mixture into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid, to remove any lumps. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with a touch of hazelnut flavor by adding 1-2 tablespoons of the creamer to your cup.

Note: You can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking and use any type of milk you prefer. This recipe can also be made without the vanilla extract.
