In the Kitchen
We were pretty excited to begin using our commercial kitchen in the Fall of 2018! We are now able to roast about five times the hazelnuts in the same amount of time with our two industrial sized ovens.
We are very proud that we have developed all of our own unique recipes and you truly won't find our flavors anywhere else! In the kitchen, we roast most weekdays, starting with a raw nut. We flavor each batch, roast, package, and case into a shippable box. We are constantly filling orders, which means our nuts are roasted to order and very rarely sit in the cooler for more than two weeks once roasted. We love delivering super fresh nuts to our stores!
