Shipping Options

We offer standard, domestic, and international shipping through UPS and USPS.

All shipping methods

We direct ship from our warehouse to the customer through UPS and USPS.

Shipping prices

Price is determined at checkout by purchase amount. $0-49.99 = $9.95/shipping, $50-99.99 = $19.95/shipping, $100 = Free/shipping.

International shipping ranges from $50.00 and up.

Expected timeframes

We ship within 2-5 days and the customer will get the product usually 2-5 days after being shipped, depending on where the shipment is going and mail carrier times. 

Shipping Restrictions

During the hottest summer days, we restrict our chocolate clusters from being shipped. Since we don’t have control over the amount of time shipments sit in delivery vans and we cannot guarantee that they won’t melt.

We accept payments from PayPal, and all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

International shipping, customs & duties

International shipping ranges from $50.00 and up. International shipping prices vary by territory. Please see shipping choices by carrier at check-out. Price will be determined at checkout. International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt. Customs and duties are not paid for by King Family Hazelnuts LLC. If there are any fees related to customs and/or duties, you will be fully responsible for paying for them.
